Return Policy

Return Policy Our Return & Exchange Policy ensures flexibility for our customers. You have a window of (48 hours) from the purchase date to initiate returns and/or exchanges. In that case, you will have to inform the Hot Line Number within the same days of delivery. Kindly note that unsealed products are ineligible for return and/or refund. We strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt before unsealing it. It's important to be aware that delivery charges will be incurred in cases of Returns and/or Exchanges for reasons beyond our liability. In Muscle Pump, we do care about the long expiry date. So you will find most of the products' expiry date at least one year.

Are these products Halal?

In Muscle Pump, we always do care about this point. So, we make sure that all our products are 100% Halal, legal, and safe.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

It will be delivered on the same day.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free in limited locations in Doha. You will find the delivery fees (if applicable) on the website while placing your order. Otherwise, will be free.

How do I know the delivery value?

Insert your location from Google maps to know if your delivery is free or not.

Can I place an order less than 100 QR?

Sure, but kindly know the minimum amount to get a free delivery (Limited locations) is 100 QR or adding 15 QR to the delivery charge.

What time do I expect to receive my order?

Our delivery hours start at 3 pm to 10 pm. If you want it out of the delivery hours, extra fees will be added to the delivery charge, we will do our best but we can't guarantee 🙂

Can I return or replace my order after receiving it?

Orders could be replaced or returned within 48 hours after receiving, but make sure it's sealed and in the same condition as you received.

Are the products have any side effects?

In general, there are no side effects, but if you have any disease or allergy, it is better to consult your doctor or your coach first.
