When the adhesive begins to lose its effectiveness, simply rinse the adhesive surface quickly with clean water and allow it to dry as recommended. After each use, return the pads to their original protective packaging to help maintain their adhesive performance and extend their lifespan.

How to Use

1. Clean the skin before application to remove oil, sweat, lotion, and dirt. Make sure the skin is clean and dry.
2. Connect the electrode pads properly to your compatible TENS/EMS device.
3. Place the pads securely on the desired area of the body, ensuring good contact between the hydrogel surface and the skin.
4. After use, carefully remove the pads and return them to their original protective packaging.
5. If the adhesive becomes less effective after repeated use, rinse the adhesive surface briefly with clean water and allow it to dry before storing
